Rates
$175 per 50 minute session
For some people (especially couples), longer sessions may be helpful. Longer or overtime sessions are prorated from my basic rate ($3.50 per minute). The fee for a 90 minute session is $262.50. If reports are requested the fee rate shall be the same for time spent writing the report. Video teletherapy sessions are $175 per 50 minute session.
Insurance:
I do not accept insurance assignments, managed care contracts or HMO referrals. I request full payment at the time of service. However, I will provide a monthly invoice, if requested, for you to submit to your insurance carrier.
Payment:
Online sessions are paid BEFORE the session begins with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment or you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment cancellation and I am not able to fill the cancelled appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as scheduled.
